4 DNA Testing - Privacy Policy

4 DNA Testing is dedicated to your privacy and security and will not share your information with others except at your request. 4 DNA Testing does NOT sell information to others under any circumstances. We do not pass on or sell your personal information to any third party not directly involved in the DNA testing of your samples. You will not receive any unsolicited postal mail, phone call or e-mails as a result of dealing with us.

We collect only the information you give us and we use the information you enter on our Web site, provide by telephone or by e-mail strictly to provide you with the services you request in the manner in which you request them.

Court-Admissible tests might involve a release of your information within the guidelines you establish: we provide the results of DNA tests to third parties ONLY at your request, and strictly within the parameters necessary for legal compliance such as with the Police, Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise in which case you will not in any way hold 4 DNA Testing responsible for such action that is in compliance with the law.

Any information we have relating to payments you make for our services is solely used to take payments for the services and not for any other purpose.

We have the right to keep copies of any correspondence that has taken place between us until such time it is no longer relevant or useful to either 4 DNA Testing or you. Any subsequent destruction will be done in such a way that no outside party could gain access to the content of such correspondence.

If at any point in the future 4 DNA Testing stops or is sold as a going concern to a third party they will have the right to review and retain any information in compliance with the above policy in order that they may continue to run the business on a commercial basis.

If you contact us about a test you have ordered or information you have requested we reserve the right to ask you for details and personal information in order to establish your correct identity and to prevent an unauthorised third party from obtaining information that they are not entitled to receive directly from 4 DNA Testing.

You agree to inform us if any information that comes to light that is not consistent with information you have previously supplied to us in relation to a DNA test or enquiry. You further agree that all information contained on any documents ie. Consent forms, Order forms, etc are true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We only release account and other personal information, when we believe release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property or safety of 4 DNA Testing, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protecting and credit risk reduction.

We use the most advanced technology available to protect you and your transactions. During transmission we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption software, which encrypts information you input. We guarantee that every transaction you make at 4 DNA Testing will be 100% safe.

We reveal only the last 4 digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Only the credit card company sees the entire credit card number during processing.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
